TITLE: Marketing Automation Campaign Manager
LOCATION: On-Site Reading, MA Office
General Position Summary:
The newly created Marketing Automation Team at Aptus Health is looking for data-driven marketers who excel at defining, building and optimizing on automated multi-channel campaign journeys. An ideal candidate for this role is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executional technician. The Marketing Automation Campaign Manager is responsible for influencing, overseeing and implementing marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients through the Adobe Campaign platform.
Essential Job Functions:
Construct and run the full life cycle of a marketing campaign on behalf of our clients, both external and internal, in Adobe Campaign.
Work closely with internal clients, analytics, and executional teams to assist and influence campaign design and target list segmentation utilizing industry best practices; includes mapping of the right content and tactic to the right audience, behavioral segment, and place within the campaign workflow.
Build, execute and deliver accurate audience data and segments for assigned campaigns using Aptus' marketing automation tool.
Review technical specs and ensure completeness in support of campaigns; develop, enforce and perform quality control and standard tracking activities, to ensure campaign processing completes in a timely manner and the output is accurate and complete; act as the final point of QA.
Manage all elements of multi-channel integrated campaign tactics which may include email, social, mobile, on-site display, sms, and direct mail.
Define and carry out "measure-and-go" AB and MV testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results.
Work collaboratively across Aptus Health teams to track, monitor and measure campaign performance and offer optimization and construct suggestions to ensure campaigns achieve client goals.
Education and Experience:
5 ? 7 years tenure in orchestrating and executing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns via marketing technology
Experience using Marketing Automation platforms within a healthcare related environment desired, and Adobe Campaign provides an advantage.
Experience in technical campaign workflows, knowledge in external account configuration, template creation, offer management, data schema, Adobe configuration a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to analyze campaign performance and behavior, to find and execute on optimization tactics for increased campaign success.
Highly skilled in developing and/or coordinating content assets which fuel marketing programs.
Excellent digital marketing and integrated campaign executional experience is essential.
Bachelor degree (Marketing Preferred)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
