Senior Data Warehouse Developer

LOCATION:  On site Reading, MA or New York, NY office  The Senior Data Warehouse Developer is a critical senior technical role supporting the information management architecture of the Enterprise Data Warehouse. This person is responsible for implementing data acquisition, staging, loading, and transformation into the Enterprise Data Warehouse using Data Vault 2.0 methodology. This person is also responsible for translation of business requirements into views, transformations, and other processes to prepare data for consumption.  This role will be a technical expert collaborating with the Data Architect, Product Team, Analytics Team, BI Developers, Application Development Teams, and other Data Warehouse/ETL Developers to develop and deliver data storage and movement solutions as well as to organize and oversee the loading of data into the related systems.  The role includes implementation of a new Enterprise Data Warehouse in Snowflake as well as maintenance and minor enhancements to a Microsoft SQL Server based data warehouse implemented primarily with SSIS.  In addition to the technical requirements, the successful candidate will be looked to as a positive, collaborative team member at Aptus Health who will help drive positive performance of our systems, products and services to clients with a 'can-do', innovative attitude.   Position Responsibilities          Analyze business requirements and outline solutions.          Designs and develops ETL and ELT solutions using Data Vault 2.0 best practices.          Analyze data requirements, complex source data and the data model to determine the best methods for extracting, transforming and loading the data into the data staging, warehouse and other system integration projects.          Designs and implements processes that transform data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse according to business need.  This may include views, ETL and ELT processes, extracts, and other processes that manipulate, aggregate, clean, or enrich the data.          Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures.          Document all ETL/ELT and data warehouse processes and flows.          Create or update technical documentation for transition to data consumers.          Develop automated data audit and validation processes.          Develop and deploy ETL/ELT job workflows with reliable error/exception handling and rollback.          Manage data administration tasks such as scheduling jobs and troubleshooting job errors.          Design, Develop, Test, and Adapt data model and processes to accommodate changes in source data and new business requirements.          Provides senior technical leadership to design, architecture, integration and support of the entire data warehouse platform with a focus on high availability, performance, scalability and maintainability          Manage automation of file processing as well as all ETL processes within a job workflow.          Proactively communicate innovative ideas, solutions, and capabilities over and above the specific task request          Effectively communicate status, workloads, offers to assist other areas.          Work collaboratively with a team and independently.          Continuously strive for high performing business solutions.          Perform and coordinate unit and system integration testing.          Participate in design and implementation review sessions and ensure all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.   Position Qualifications Education & Experience          Bachelor's Degree in a technical area of study; preferably in Computer Science, MIS or Analytics.          7+ years equivalent work experience in Information Technology.          5+ years of previous experiencesupporting data warehouse implementations, preferably within the healthcare sector or other highly regulated environment.          5+ years ETL/ELT development.          5+ years of experience in relational and data warehouse database design, optimization and performance; preferably with MS SQL Server.          Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts with Data Vault 2.0 methodology required; Data Vault 2.0 Certification preferred.          Experience with Snowflake preferred.          Experience with Data Warehouse Automation Software preferred.   244

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
