Provide personal care and renders prescribed treatments to patients residing at the Hospice HouseAssess present and potential problems, needs and resources of the patient and communicates this to the Hospice House Case Manager.Keep necessary records and reports and use them appropriately for the care of patients.Coordinate patient care plan with Hospice House Case Manager.Provide assistance with activities of daily living and maintain a therapeutic environment for patients residing at the Hospice House. Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. One to two years of Medical/Surgical Nursing experience; oncology/hospice experience preferred.Strong communication and collaborative skills with a demonstrated ability to speak, write, and communicate in English. Must demonstrate the ability to interact in a positive and courteous manner with patients, families, other employees and outside vendors. A detail orientation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
