We are looking to add a highly motivated, flexible, self-starting admin assistant to our office team.
Our Company is in Reading, MA and the working days/hours would be Monday through Friday full-time.
Job Description:
Answering multi-line phone system Scheduling and booking estimate calls Type's customer estimates when needed.
Answering customer inquiries Working closely with service technicians and sales personnel Registering equipment warranties for customers Submit customer rebates upon completion of job Communicating and understanding customer concerns Distribute purchase orders to technicians and supply houses.
Coordinates the van service and repairs.
Various filing Ordering office supplies And completing other duties as necessary Requirements:
At least 1 years of office experience required High School Diploma or College Degree Being comfortable on the phone Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Proficient in Multi-tasking Good attention to detail
