Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance and resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.
