The position is approximately 20% in office and 80% remote.
Candidates should have a good working knowledge of the Internet.
All remote work needs to be done in a quiet atmosphere.
Must have PC or Mac access with High Speed Internet at home.
Candidates should live less than 100 miles from Reading MA.
Although this is remote work, there will be times when in office will be required.
Outside of 100 miles would not be preferred.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting up to three hair salons that have signed up for our remote receptionist program.
We will train you on the software in our office for the first 2-3 daysafter that, you can work remotely.
Basically, you would be performing the functions of a receptionist working at a salon (booking appointments, rescheduling appointments, etc) Candidate should be a self-starter, positive and punctual.
Scheduled hours for the week would be 20-25 hours for part-time, 32 hours for full-time.
The part-time position could eventually become a full-time position in the fall.
