is looking to add a highly motivated, flexible, self-starting customer service representative to our successful service department.
Our company is located in Reading, MA, and the working days/hours would be Monday through Friday full-time.
Job Description:
Answering multi-line phone system Managing and helping our customers in emergency situations Scheduling and booking service and estimate calls Answering customer inquires Working closely with service technicians and sales personnel Communicating and understanding customer concern Service follow-up calls to customers And completing other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or College Degree Being comfortable on the phone Enjoy customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong organizational skills Hard work ethic and willingness to work long hours when needed Proficient in Multi-tasking Good attention to detail

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
